Legal name, state of formation, EIN, and business address.

Professional licence number and issuing state, where your account type requires one — investigative, collections, process service.

The kind of matters you work and roughly what volume you expect. This determines your tier.

Which permissible purposes you need — judgment enforcement, pre-suit collectibility, service of process, fraud investigation, or another basis.

Administrator
Name and contact for the person accountable for the account and its users.
Do not send subject data
No names, case numbers, Social Security numbers, or dates of birth in your application. There is no permissible purpose on file yet, so there is nothing we could lawfully do with them.
What disqualifies an application
- No verifiable entity or licence where one is required
- Intended use is employment, tenant, credit, or insurance screening
- Consumer or individual applicants — this is a B2B platform
- Intent to resell access without a written agreement
- An articulated purpose that isn’t a lawful one
