Bank and brokerage location is the clearest case. We do not sell it here, at any price, because it is not a database lookup — it needs a permissible purpose a person has actually reviewed, and a wrong answer sends a writ to the wrong institution. Escalate it and a licensed agency does the work properly.
Any search can be escalated to a licensed investigative agency from the same interface. An investigator works the file — local records, physical confirmation, the things a database structurally cannot do — and the result returns against the same matter reference.
