Placeholder structure. The access agreement is the document that actually protects this business and it must be drafted properly before onboarding anyone.
Access
Access is granted to credentialed business entities only, under a separate written access agreement. Credentials may not be shared outside the credentialed entity.
Permitted use
Data may be used only for the permissible purposes recorded on the account and stated per search. Any other use is a material breach.
Prohibited use
- Any FCRA-regulated purpose — employment, tenant, credit, or insurance eligibility
- Stalking, harassment, or locating a person protected by an order against you
- Resale or sublicensing without written agreement
- Circumventing rate limits, purpose gating, or logging
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe use is unlawful or breaches these terms. We monitor for it.

Data is furnished as received from third-party sources. No representation is made that any record is accurate, current, or complete, and nothing furnished constitutes verification. Confidence ratings are estimates, not guarantees.
